Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "58jil" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" refers to the operating entity that holds the PAGCOR authorization under which the 58jil platform is licensed and operated.
• "Platform" means the 58jil website accessible at 58jil.cam, including all associated pages, features, games, services, and applications made available thereunder.
• "Player" / "you" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the 58jil Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the Platform, subject to successful registration and identity verification.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account wallet, not including any locked bonus credits subject to active wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives issued by 58jil to a Player subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations for all players before withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body under whose authorization 58jil operates.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money bet placed on any game or event available on the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the Platform or creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

2.2 These Terms, together with 58jil's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the complete agreement between you and 58jil with respect to your use of the Platform.

2.3 58jil reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification.

2.4 These Terms are published in English, which shall be the governing language for all legal interpretations. Any translations provided are for convenience only.

Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible to open and maintain a 58jil Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of, or physically present in, the Philippines;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of 58jil or any of its affiliated companies or game providers;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or other gaming prohibition;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party;
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by 58jil for cause.

3.2 58jil reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility conditions are not met or cannot be verified to the Company's satisfaction.

3.3 Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law are not permitted to use the Platform. 58jil does not represent that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with your local laws.

Account Registration and KYC

4.1 To access real-money gaming services on the Platform, you must register a personal Account. Registration is limited to one Account per person, per household, and per IP address. Accounts found to be duplicates may be immediately closed.

4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly should it change.

4.3 Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities.

4.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 58jil is required by PAGCOR and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering regulations to verify your identity. Accepted verification documents include:

• Philippine passport;
• Driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO);
• Social Security System (SSS) card;
• PhilHealth Identification Card;
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID);
• Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC);
• Philippine National ID (PhilSys).

4.5 58jil reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address, source of funds, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.

5.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, regardless of whether you personally performed that activity, except in cases of unauthorized access promptly reported to 58jil.

5.3 In the event you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify 58jil support immediately via the in-platform live chat. 58jil will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account upon receiving such notification.

5.4 58jil will never request your password via email, SMS, or chat. Any communication purporting to be from 58jil requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5.5 58jil recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to provide an additional layer of security, particularly given the real-money nature of Platform transactions.

Deposits and Payments

6.1 Deposits to your 58jil Account may be made using the payment methods listed on the Cashier section of the Platform, which include but are not limited to: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso, one hundred). Maximum single deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of deposit.

6.3 All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited. 58jil reserves the right to reverse deposits made from payment accounts not matching the registered player name.

6.4 58jil does not charge fees on deposits from supported payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees or currency conversion charges, for which 58jil accepts no liability.

6.5 58jil only accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP). All balances and transactions on the Platform are denominated in PHP.

6.6 Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly. In the event of a delay, please contact 58jil support with your deposit reference number.

Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified players via the Cashier section of the Platform. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.

7.2 Withdrawal requests will only be processed after successful completion of KYC verification as described in Article 4. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until identity is confirmed.

7.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Philippine Peso, two hundred). Maximum single withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and verification tier and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of request.

7.4 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: typically within 5–15 minutes of approval;
• InstaPay: typically within 15–60 minutes;
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): 1–3 business days;
• All times are subject to bank processing, public holidays, and system maintenance windows.

7.5 58jil reserves the right to perform additional security checks or request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal requests or where unusual account activity has been detected.

7.6 Players may not withdraw funds that were deposited but never wagered. All deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x) on any real-money game before a withdrawal may be requested, unless the player has not claimed any active bonuses and opts for a return-of-deposit request via support.

Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 58jil may offer various promotional incentives to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer.

8.2 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 58jil promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion and typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount;
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games typically contribute 10%–20%; check individual promotion terms for exact contributions;
• Bonus funds are used before real-money balance when wagering, unless stated otherwise;
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days);
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.

8.3 58jil reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is found to have been offered in error, 58jil reserves the right to correct or revoke such offer.

8.4 Any suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using scripted betting patterns to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or participating in collusive bonus wagering — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Gaming Rules

9.1 All games available on the 58jil Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game or game provider documentation. By placing a wager on any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

9.2 The outcome of all software-based (RNG) games on 58jil is determined by certified Random Number Generator systems that have been independently tested and audited. 58jil does not manipulate game outcomes.

9.3 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed in a game and the result recorded in 58jil's server logs, the server-side log shall be the authoritative record for determining the outcome of any wager.

9.4 If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault or disconnection before a round is completed, 58jil will attempt to resolve the round in accordance with the applicable game rules. If resolution is not possible, the wager for the incomplete round will be returned to the player's balance.

9.5 58jil reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an error in odds or game parameters is clearly evident. Players will be notified of any such void and the affected bet amount returned to their balance.

Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 58jil Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the Platform in any way;
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to obtain credits or winnings outside of normal gameplay;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for funds legitimately spent on the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Registering an account on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to use your account;
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing bonus restrictions or any other policy;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the registration or verification process;
• Abusing 58jil's customer support team, including making false complaints intended to obtain undeserved credits or refunds.

Responsible Gaming

11.1 58jil is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively impact your finances, mental health, or relationships, it is important to seek help.

11.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 58jil account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account settings;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount per session, day, or month;
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session timeout after a defined period of play;
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders of time and money spent;
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform via the Responsible Gaming section of your account or by contacting support.

11.3 Self-exclusion requests submitted by a player will be processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, the player will be unable to log in or access the Platform. Any balance remaining at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the player following identity verification.

11.5 58jil strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts or using another person's account.

Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the 58jil Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game software, graphics, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the property of 58jil or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include any right to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, reverse-engineer, or modify any content from the Platform.

12.3 Any unauthorized use of 58jil's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

13.1 The 58jil Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 58jil makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose of the Platform.

13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 58jil's total liability to you for any cause of action arising from or related to your use of the Platform — regardless of the form of action — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your Account during the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 58jil shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or gambling losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

13.4 58jil accepts no responsibility for internet or mobile connectivity issues, hardware failures, or third-party service outages (including payment providers) that may affect your ability to use the Platform.

13.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy and Data Protection

14.1 58jil collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules, as administered by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

14.2 The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by 58jil is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to 58jil's processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14.3 58jil will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and AMLC) as required by Philippine law.

Amendments to These Terms

15.1 58jil reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Players will be notified of material changes via registered email or prominent in-platform notice.

15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account and withdraw your remaining balance.

15.3 It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

16.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

16.2 In the event of a dispute between you and 58jil, you agree to first contact 58jil's support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 58jil will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint.

16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint and dispute resolution procedures.

16.4 Any legal proceedings not resolved through the above mechanisms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
